The 0E fault code means it cannot drain away the water used during its last cycle, please check to see if there is a bend in the outlet hose or of the drain to pump is clogged with food or grungy grease from cooking oils washed off the items, I hope this helps.....
The error code 0E stands for obstruction error, meaning that the drain line is obstructed. This is why the spin fails as all the water is not being drained. Check the drain hose for kinks and clean the drain filter. If they are not the problem, there could still be an obstruction in the drain hose in or about the drain pump.
The 0E code means the washer won't drain. It is usually a problem with something obstructing the pump, a kink in the drain line or the pump is burned out.
Here is a link to the manual for your machine. There are no listings for "OE" so you may have to check the manual or call the number at the website. Zanussi Support User Manuals

Hi,
The LG error code OE simply means “the pump is blocked”. Presumably the water isn’t being emptied properly. it could be caused by other faults such as a faulty pump, or even a blockage in the drain hose or somewhere else in the system. Thank You
