hi,
my digital camera shows everything purple.. I have tried new battries, leaving battires out..
is there a way to restore to factory settings? Or is the camera pretty much broken?

Depending on how old the camera is it may be replaced free by Sony
Full detail of model and date of purchase together with fault detail to customer support - Sony
