Question about Samsung WS32Z308P 32" TV
Our Samsung WS32Z308P TV is no longer allowing us to change channels via the remote control. Volume and mute is still working via the remote but we just can't change channels. We tried to programme our "Sky" remote to operate the TV through that, but we can't do that either. We queried this with Dixons who advised that the TV may have tuned itself out. Does this happen, what needs to be done to correct the issue - do we just need to call out the service guy? Thanks
I rand the Samsung help desk and they guided me through how to reset the TV back to its original factory settings. This solved the problem.
