The reason this is happening is because Mozilla 4.0 is still a beta release, and is not supported yet by all websites.
I would retry the action using Mozilla 3.6.13, this is the most current stable mozilla platform.
The reason 4.0 is still a beta is because they are trying to get all the bugs worked out with html5 and integrated Flash, Shockwave, and Java scripts, and they are trying to make it happen without plug-ins.
This is a code issue, and if you go to the mozilla.org forums area, you should find a whitesheet report about how the new browsers functionality may not be compatible will everyone yet.
