The system Boots up completely & I can start working on it using applications like; MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, Yahoo Messanger, Skype, Email access and / or Internet surfing.
It's a intermittent problem and may occur 1 to n... times a day or may not occur even a single time of the day.

Thanks for your guidance.
I did checked the CPU Fan & SMPS Fan and found that they are functioning properly so the heating problem can be ruled out.
When I touch the Heat Sink I can feel that the processors temparature seems to be high (while No application are running and the CPU & SMPS FAN's are working)
We do not have stream picks in our electricity network.

I think its a heating problem try to clean all you fan also the graphic card. you can look in your bios an see the processors temparature how high it is. it can also be the powersupply or if you have stream picks in your
electricity network.
you can test if its a heating problem to play a
resource demanding game or program. if its a heating problem your computer gonna restart when you put your processor on press.

hm ok have you tested your ram memory ? you can also check your windows log if you se any errors? right click my computers->manage>systemtools> log (or something like that) look for errors in heating or faild to write to disk or ram...
if write to ram errors occur it can make the computer to a automatic restart. check your ram memory with this program.
download the iso file and burn to cdn and boot the computer http://www.memtest86.com/
