The keys on the phone make a noise when i press them and i dont know how to turn it off.

1.Power off the phone.
2.Press and hold Vol+ key and Power key simultaneously for about 10 seconds until the some option appear on the screen which are reboot system now; apply update from sdcard; wipe data/factory reset; wipe cache partition.
3.Use Vol+ key and Vol- key to move the cursor to "wipe cache partition" and press camera key to confirm it.
4.After 5 seconds, the cursor will be on "reboot system now" again and press camera key to confirm it. The phone will reboot automatically.

Press the end key (red phone key) until the phone turns on

IF you don't know what code he put on your phone.then only one way is left for you.
you have to hard reset this phone means you will loose everything that you have save on your phone.
follow this steps for my touch 3g slide phone
1.turn off your phone.
2.press both volume key.
3. while still pressing the phone turn your phone.
4. you will see the manu for clear storage,revcovery..etc
5. by pressing volume down key select clear storage.
6. press power button to select option.
7 phone will reboot.
done.

Here is what you try to do:

1. Turn off the phone.
2. Press and hold down the Call key, asterisk and the 3 key altogether and dont let them go.
3. Then press the on button for the camera
4. Wait for the screen to show that it will format the phone and let go of the keys.
5. Press Ok then the phone will start to format.

go to settings then select profiles then click on general and select personalise you will be found keypad tones on off option

WHEN you are in conference ..
go to options(that is press left soft key)..dont worry the call will be continued..
then,it displays a list of options,press down until you see mute,click mute and the calls will be muted...

Okay go into your menu and go to your Fourth option which is a little silver wheel which has the options call date&time all that.Go to sound which is your third option. It will have an option that says volume. Go into that and it will say keypad you can shut the noise off that way hope it helped if you need more clarification let me know.

i don't know if it works a not, but give it a try. press the call key, and key in "3845#*850#" ( without quote ) and scroll down and press on device, and then charging> USB/UP Charging on/off

the "3845#*xxx# tricks works only for some phone. i dont own prada II, so i dont know if its work anot.

but give it a try
