If you must open it, first remove things that are easy such as the cd drive, the Hard drive, and the memory. there are screws on the bottom side. If ther are any that have a marking such as a keyboard or a letter K next to them, they are usually for the keyboard, once theses are removed you will be able top remove the keybopard formt he other side. You may have to remove the plastic trim depending on the model.

the other screws hold the casin gof the laptop together,

NOTE: ( take a sheet of paper and draw several circles on it and label them with the screws and where they go so you can get them back in there right place when you put it back together. )

The screws on the back of the laptop where the connections are are usually to hold in the screen, remove these as well. once all the screws are out, you can use a small flat head screwdriver to carefully pry and seperate the case and get to the meat of the laptop. one here, your on your own, labell screws and remember what parts come off in what order and where they go for re-assembly.

Good luck

Keyboard replacement instructions for fujitsu siemens amilo pro v2010

The keyboard removal process is very similar to many other laptop brands.
1. Remove screws securing the keyboard.
2. Remove keyboard bezel.
3. Unplug keyboard cable from the connector on the motherboard.
A word of caution. Be very careful with the connector on the motherboard when you unlock it If you accidentally break the connector, you’ll have to replace the whole motherboard.

You can even try this site http://mycapsules.com/disassembly/fujitsu-s2110/keyboard
or this site

It is not your model but it will give you an idea.Just keep pressing "next"
Hope it helped.

Wireless connection

You did not state which laptop model you have. Here is a list of the most common key strokes or switches:

Fujitsu Siemens Amilo A Series ---- Button above the keyboard on top right
Fujitsu Siemens Amilo D Series ---- Button above the keyboard on top right
Fujitsu Siemens Amilo K Series ---- Not Wireless
Fujitsu Siemens Amilo L/EL Series ---- Fn / F1 to turn on/off
Fujitsu Siemens Amilo La Series ---- Fn / F2 to turn on / off
Fujitsu Siemens Amilo Li Series ---- Easy launch button (one of 3) on top of keyboard

If I could be of further assistance, let me know. If this helps or solves the issue, please rate it.
Thanks, Joe

We droped coffe over the keyboard most keys work but some dont

Wait for a couple of days to see if the functionality comes back. You will probably need to replace the keyboard though. They aren't too expensive - maybe $60-$80 (USD).

Let me know if you have any other questions.

Wont power up

Sounds like it is shutting down to 'protect' itself, because the thermal grease has dried out, and can no longer transfer heat correctly.

You will need to take it apart, and separate the heatsink from the cpu.

Clean both contact areas (the heatsink and the cpu) and apply new thermal grease.
