Hm sounds like a virus. maybe your antivirus program deleted a virus recently?. try this.
click start->run-> write "msconfig" and the click startup.
search for C:\Windows\system32\Virus removal.vbs and uncheck.
restart the computer.
dont worry about the popup window that popup first time after restart check dont show this again.
what dvd program are u using ? try a other one.
it can be that the dvd writer have errors:S
