Question about Dell Latitude D600 Notebook
I want to start from scratch with this laptop so I can let someone else in my organization use it without having access to sensitive info. I have the disks that came with it, so reinstalling everything as it came from Dell should not be a problem.
I work on Dell D600 and D610 laptops and the best way we do this is to wipe the HD, install an OEM version of the OS and use the drivers from the Dell recovery CD.
I honestly have never seen anything about F10 or F11 in any of my Dell training concerning these models. F2 gets you to the BIOS and F12 gets you to a boot menu.

You can restore the whole system by tuning on the laptop and pressing f10 or f11 before the windows logo comes up
