We have reset, unplugged, and the beeping will not stop!! Help!!

- model number is DMW 946SSI am in Canada
There is no unusual display .. just the correct time. The beeping began spontaneously ... no unusual activity at the time.

I'm thinking there is an issue with a setting that should be addressed by the manual, or there is a problem with the controller.
Do you have your manual?
Does anything show up in the display? Any code or symbol?
It may be time to contact Danby customer service. Are you in the US or UK?
What is your model number?
