MY WALKMAN WONT DO ANYTHING! THE SCREEN IS STUCK ON THE MAIN SCREEN THAT SAYS EVERY MONMENT HAS ITS MUSIC". WONT TURN OFF OR DO ANYTHING UNTIL IT DIES THEN I CAN RECHARGE IT AND SAME THING...ANY SUGGESTIONS?

I have the exact same problem
the walkman shows the opening screen where it has the walkman logo and says EVERY MONMENT HAS ITS MUSIC".
I have let the battery die, hooked it back up to the pc and hit the reset thingy many times...still nothing.
Anny suggestions from there?
(it has not been dropped, immerced in water or anything :o( )

On the bottom where yuo plug it into the computer there is a Reset. Stick a pin or pencil in there to reset. It may work. Did for me when my friend borrowed it to go jogging in the rain.

Last suggestion works! On the bottom of the MP3 player is a button with "reset" next to it. Phew, thank you for the suggestion, it totally worked!

I just tried to sync it with my playlist on my pc, and the pc is not even reconising that it is hooked up.
So I looked another way, and nope, the computer is NOT seeing that the walkman mp3 is hooked up to it :o(
