Ok i have a Biostar P4M80-M4 Motherboard and i can not get it to sense any graphic card i own pci or agp. i have been told that i must disable the onboard graphics first and it wont work, i have tried...

Disconnect the hard disk and reboot - wait for its absence to be detected then shut down the pc , reboot and go into the BIOS and make sure the AGP is enabled. Shut down the pc again, insert the new video card, connect the monitor to it then start the pc and go into the BIOS - now you should be able to disable the onboard one.
Connect the hard disk and you're good to go.

Have a replacement motherboard. After about 1 minute it powers itself off. Sometimes it does it sooner - sometimes later. Have replaced the Power supply, removed the graphics card, unplugged all...

Your motherboard is manufacturing defective. If the motherboard still under warranty, take it back to the computer shop where you purchase and demand for an exchange.

After flash BIOS DMI Update fails ?

If you are able to boot into Windows, don't try it again. If you are not able to, try to reflash it. If that fails, contact the tech support for the bios and see if they have any suggestions, sadly I doubt they will. You may end up having to replace the mother board.

My bios doesn't appear

which keyboard are you using? for instance USB or PS2. For it happens sometimes that USB is disabled into the BIOS. If you are with a USB one, try with a PS2.

No display please give all knowledge of it's troubleshooting

Check if you can see the BIOS screen. If yes, then try with an external display.
If the Bios screen is not visible then try to check the cable connections if it is a desktop Pc and if it is a notebook/netbook then try by moving the display back and forth.

Will not reconize my geforce mx 440 video card,

I suppose you have already tried moving the geforce to a different slot. It this a card that requires being put in a particular type of expansion slot for video cards only? If so, do you have the geforce in that slot?

If not, put it there and try it again.

Does your PC also require the BIOS be "told" that you are trying to interface this specific video card? If so, then go into the BIOS by hitting the requisite key combination during boot, and then setting your BIOS to the proper settings for this card.
