Question about Oster 76974-160 Hair Trimmer
We have had our clipper for 10 years and just love it. We had it serviced recently because it sounded a little rough, at the same time we had the blade sharpened. Since we got it back the motor sounds like it is running fine but it does not cut the hair anymore. When you run it through the dog's hair it just pulls it more than cutting it. Is it possible that the blade had been sharpened too many times and is now too short to cut?
Not usually we will not sharpen blades that are worn out as we cannot charge for something that does not cut!
make sure your blade is connecting with the drive of your clipper they might need an extra push depending if the blade has been adjusted.
