On May 15,2008 renewed script with McAffee statement on bank acct. shows withdraw $74.36 for service. Computer shows that we still owe on the acct computer not protected. How do we get updated and know that we are protected on computer?

Just call to the customer care of your bank and make sure to carry your customer id and your details like address registered with bank, contact no, date of birth.
Once the customer support executive have verified your details then ask them to deregister your autopay.
After that you will never face the problem.

When I try to download into quicken the documents page comes up. How do I correct this situation?

If your bank statement is not in the Quicken format, you cannot do that. Best see if it will download into MS Excel. If not, get in touch with the Bank

Renewed norton 360 but not on computer

You renewed your norton 360, are you asking to renew through another PC? if so you can simply go to the norton website
and sign in to renew your account license key
when logged in you should be able to....

As i researched the 3 user subscription refers to max 3 pcs per house. There shouldn't be extra payment and I strongly suggest to contact Norton directly and ask for refund or explanation. I also suggest that you must not let anyone link automatically to your bank account and charge you. Do your purchases one by one. I hope you are not scammed through email! Hope that helped!!

McAffe security protection. Compaq Presario XP

The Windows Firewall is different from MCafee Security Centre. And if it has a X on it that means Ur MCafee Protection is disabled or May be expired.
To Check that, Just click on the MCafee Icon on the desktop or on the botton right hand corner, and check if its disabled or u needs to renew it.

I called aol, trying to install McAffee, she said call you about service pak 1 or 2. Using XP, have 72% free space. Can you kelp?

Go to system properties and check what is the service pack you have. Download SP2 and then SP3 from . Once installed restart your computer and then try installing McAfee. It will get installed without any problem.

I don't think that you are in the correct forum for this problem. You would need to contact the phone number that is on your bank statement for the situation to be rectified.
