I only found the video instructions for opening and closing the KinderKraft Joy baby cot (crib) here:

Scroll down that page to the Joy manual link for the video (with the right facing "play" triangle / arrow.) Click or tap on the "play" icon to run the video.

I suggest you view the video (more than once) and make notes of the steps to follow, so you can keep the handwritten notes with the cot for future reference.

I tried the Support Center link at the bottom of the web page, but it is inoperative.

Folding the Dream Sleeper away is a fairly standard process: press the button in the centre of the sides and ends, pull the lever in the base (this is a little like opening a giant drinks can) and fold everything together so it can be enclosed by the mattress and stowed in the carry bag.

(I think, if you feel along the top rail, there should be a big clip in the middle of aech rail, try lifting and squeezing, then twisting inwards of the clip - this is a usual method of locating and locking / unlocking the hinges). Pull the mattress out first, there should be a loop to pull the base up too).
From a caring 'daddy' who had trouble himself with something similar!

I have a chicco trio envoy. On my system there are little hooks just below each handle. you pull these hooks up towards the top of the handle while pushing the bar at the back with your foot (like you would a normal stroller). I hope this is of some assistance!

This is relatively straight forward.
Stand behind the pram, pull both triggers on the handles, and then pull the handle loop at the back of the pram which will then enable you to push the pram dowards and fold.
Practice a few times and you will be perfect within a very short time.

With most travel cots, there is a mattress which is also used to cover the cot when folded up, these also usually have the intructions printed on them too.
With most models, you must pull up the horizontal sides in a certain order and you will probably find a lock right in the middle of the cot base (this is normally covered once the mattress is on). Although this is not a complete solution, I hope that this goes someway to helping you resolve your problem.

hi no it is only forward facing if u have the carry cot or carseat they are rear facing hope this helps
