SP3 is the third and final service pack released for Microsoft Windows XP, and it eliminates many of the security holes that previously affected XP. While Microsoft recommends that users download SP3 using Windows Update, some users are unable to do so. However, it's easy to create a Windows XP SP3 installation CD; it requires only that you download the pack from the website and burn it to a CD-R/DVD-R using an ISO burner program.
Download the SP3 installation ISO by visiting the first link listed in the "Resources" section of this article. Save it to your Desktop. Download ImgBurn and save it to your Desktop. Double-click the installation executable for ImgBurn and click "Next." Follow the remaining onscreen prompts and click "Finish" to complete installation of ImgBurn. Insert a blank CD-R/DVD-R into your DVD drive. Open ImgBurn by going to "Start," "Programs" and "ImgBurn." Click "File," then "Browse for a source file." Navigate to your Desktop and select the SP3 ISO file. Click "Open." Click the blue "ISO to CD" button located on the bottom left of ImgBurn. The program will begin creating the Windows XP SP3 installation CD. This process may take anywhere from 10 to 20 minutes to complete depending on the speed at which the CD-R/DVD-R is being burned. Click "OK" once the CD-R/DVD-R has finished burning. You've successfully created a Windows XP SP3 installation CD.

I dont know sims 2 double deluxe code

Usually, if the game is preinstalled or meaning already installed in your computer when you bought it, all you have to do is to go to your computer's recovery menu and then reinstall the game. But if you have had purchased a retail version of it, you should see it on the cd case. Last option, try to contact where you bought the game and ask for the code.

Windows install won't accept product key code

Unfortunatly you're not going to get anywhere without a proper key for Windows ME. Perhaps call Microsoft and they could verify your key for you and try a differnt one over the phone? If its the key that is stuck to the side of your PC or on the CD case it should work, if its different to the version on the CD or is for any other Microsoft product such as Microsoft Office, it wont work. Sorry for not being of more assistance.

Din't do any changes only when trouble shooting all original equipment. The restore cd dont ask for key but the xp cd does. Same problem.

I asked, because many do not know that you cannot install a lesser
version, nor a version of the same build, or a better build, unless you
boot from CDROM.

The Restore disk isn't going to restore, unless the original hardware
components are inside, right? Windows sets 'codecs' for all of the major
hardware components. If you change two or more, Windows wants you
to activate again.
Windows 98 didn't care, because this was a fresh
install, and you provided the product key.

The full installation disk of Windows does care, because this is a fresh install, and the product key doesn't match the codecs, set for the
hardware inside. So just type the product key in, and away you go.
Or have I missed where you entered the key, and it still doesn't work?
I await your comment.

I386 language file is missing

What version of Windows are you running, and what service pack? If it's XP, try upgrading to XP SP3. Less than XP, try this: http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/ie6/downloads/recommended/ime/install.mspx

Language packs are found on the OS CD, but since you don't have that you can try searching Microsoft Downloads for MUIs.

Hi,
Please mention your problem clearly....
If its BIOS password (when system boots it will ask for password) then shutdown the system and remove the COMS battery for 2 minutes which is present in the one of the corner of the motherboard.
If its user password (asking the user name and password) then you need to install a fresh copy of windows xp. to install a windows xp, Insert the XP bootable cd into the CD-ROM. Restart the system. Then the system will boot from cd. If its not asking to boot from cd then you need to change the settings on BIOS menu. When system restarts keep-on pressing the DEL or F2 keys or both. then it will take you to BIOS setup. there change the boot priority. Select first boot device as CD/DVD ROM. After please click on the below link or copy the URL and paste it in your web browser. Follow the steps.

Windows does not have the correct drivers or supporting files already installed, but is a prepacked set of drivers from an install. Hence, windows is expecting the drivers to be available on the Windows install cd. Everyone should have in position this CD if they legally own windows (sometimes the OEM call this a recovery cd) You will need to aquire the cd. A new one can be aquired for a small fee from microsoft, or simply ask a buddy.
