Hi i am using nokia 3110 c.recently i formatted my memory after that there is no folder.when i download music files they go to phone as usual but i have downloaded many songs in my mmc how to listen it on...

Some phone have a system folder on root directory after formatting the memory card on the mobile.Basically, you will see a music folder and all songs are placed their so the phone recognizes the folder everytime the music library automatically updates the songs installed.

When you load the memory card on your computer using a card reader, check the card content if there is any folder installed such as "my music" folder, if the is,try to load music on that folder.Otherwise, just make a new folder and rename it with "my music" or "music" folder.

If you already done on this method and still the phone music library does not see or update the music files, maybe you need to reset your phone to refresh your phone system memory that might be corrupted.By doing this, you need to go on your menu settings then locate the restore factory settings, remember that all files will be deleted if you wish to continue, better back up all your important data first before proceeding, and then it will ask for the lock code and then just enter your desire code or it enter 12345 as the default lock code.

If you have some questions and concerns, please don't hesitate to reply..Thank you.

Delete songs and Format (Helps with trying to delete BAD TRACKS and folders that will not delete full memory(Some ripped CD folders).. Go to my computer scroll to sansa or your MP3 player and open the music folder and open each sub folder and delete Songs manually then delete the folders themselves then format a couple of times hope this works

Cannot delete songs/music folder doesn't show up on computer

I know you might want to keep some of the things on your player but have you thought about formatting it and starting from scratch? You just right click your devices drive under My Computer and click format. If you don't mind starting over completely. Hope this helps.

My music won't show up....

You need to browse to the music folder on your memory card.

If you still cant see it - connect to PC and find out which folder on mem card is used for music and then move the files into that folder. You phone should pick it up if its able to play that music file format (eg MP3).

Memory card music won't show up on my new lg vu cu920

If you copied your music from itunes or another such program, it is in an mp4 format and/ or has embedded DRM (Digital Rights Management- that program that makes apple ****!!!!!!) . The phone will not recognize or play that format. The easiest solution is to Google "free mp3 wma converter" and there are free full versions that you don't have to pay for. Drag the songs off of your itunes into a new folder on your desktop named TO BE CONVERTED and then open the converter and load them on. Make sure you create another folder on your desktop named CONVERTED for the destination file for the converted songs before you convert them and be sure to select that path to save them to or you may never find them. Once done, drag them from the converted folder onto your phone or memory card, and you're all set. Good Luck!!!!!!!

Can see music on memory card

A few suggestions (Not in any particular order)

Format the SD card in the PC, Make sure the songs are in MP3 format, (In XP use windows audio converter to change if needed), make sure the MP3 files have a bit rate of 128 kbps or less. Make sure the phone is set to 'data connection' not 'memory
card connection' because the phone cant see the files, connect the SD memory card to the PC, use 'my computer' to view folders, you should have an 'audio folder' if your MP3's are contained in folders try removing each MP3 file from its folder and place directly into audio folder (cut & paste) delete the empty folders, you can organise any playlist's on the phone. If possible download WMP11 & Moto multimedia Plug-in, (makes loading a bit easier). Chris
