Okay, Sorry It's is a internet "casting" device that allows your TV to access the internet. According to the following video the remote comes packaged with the unit. If yours is missing or damaged then you will need to contact your Optus vendor for a replacement.
* seems to be a common problem. Check the following links for help; https://yescrowd.optus.com.au/t5/TV-Entertainment/Remote-Control/td-p/86993
Make sure that none of the push buttons are contacting the remote membrane inside. Easy check is to remove the push buttons and put back together . If light is on remote is fubar.
Red light goes for defective modem if your 2wire is still in warranty then i would suggest calling your OEM... or if your under a certain package call your internet service provider... one thing might work though but still a risk you may try looking for a PSP powercode it sometimse works with it...
if you got them form AT&T you can buy the power cord alone... just act aggravated that does the trick most of the time or ask for a supervisor...
i should know I worked with them for 2yrs as a tech support
Picture are blurry and have a hollow effect? But Convergence pictures R,G,B colors lines are all alignments up?Need CRT coolant replacement for the green CRT TUBE gun.Tries websites like Tvrepairworld.com,Tvrepairkits.com to buy a CRT coolant kit for the replacement.
I have one myself the only thing i could do to fix the problem was to get the remote program codes if you call radio shak they will give u all the programable codes for vizio if that doesnt work buy a universal remote it will come with a list of codes in the package
Well the fuse is ok if it lights up. Could be a stuck button. The ac does not need the remote to make it go. press the mode button and move the lights to the cool selection and set the temp below 70. It should kick on. You might have to go a bit deeper. The next thing I would check is for a leaking capacitor. If it leaks then nothing will happen.
