Question about Samsung RS2556 Side by Side Refrigerator
We just figured out our ice maker suppot try is broken and won't allow the ice maker to twist the ice out when it flips. We purchased a new support piece on line. I saw your problem which sounded similar to what was happening to ours. If you need it, the part # is DA61-02205A. Good luck.

This means that the tray is not getting cold enough to freeze the cubes. It must be no more than 12 degrees F for the icemaker to cycle properly.
Make sure your freezer is cold enough. If it is, then the other possibility is that the heater element in the icemaker (which thaws the cubes JUST ENOUGH for them to be pushed out when ready) could be stuck on. This can be easily tested, but the process is a little beyond the scope of this reply. Check this link http://www.acmehowto.com/howto/appliance/icemaker/diagicemaker.php
