Lexmark e260d printer 4th light orange is continuously flashing. New toner cartridge was installed. Not printing

If the blinking light is on Toner Low (4th light starting from left), press and release the Continue button (green button) to clear the light sequence and continue processing the print job. If the light is still blinking, the photoconductor is almost full and should be replaced.

I need to know what the lights on the lexmark e260dn mean

There are 6 led lights on the printer panel and 2 buttons (Cancel -red button and Continue-green button). The lights can be OFF, ON, Blinking and Slow blinking. I'd be glad to provide you information about this, but I would like to verify if you are referring to a blinking light, slow blinking or solid light (ON).

Also you may download the user guide available from Lexmark's website. On the user guide you may go to page 21 Understanding the printer control panel light sequences.

RE:LEXMARK E232 Don't know what the LIGHT BULB error code means

the light bulb means "ready". It's the "you're good to go" light. Solid means "ready". Flashing means "busy".

it is only a problem if it is on in combination with other lights. See this pdf for a reference of all the lights, and what they mean:

http://www.lexmark.com/publications/pdfs/e230/eng/qref.pdf

There's a table listing all the lights and error codes on the right of the second page.

I had the same problem today with my printer. All of a sudden, the first and fourth light lit up. I contacted Lexmark and they said my toner cartrigde needed to be replaced.
The problem is caused by the little chip under the cartridge. I replaced the chip with an old one I had on another cartridge and I got the printer to work again.
You can buy a replacement chip from Lexmark or from a jobber selling replacement cartridge or toner refills.
Hope that helps.
