Question about Apple iPod touch
Uncheck allow simultaneous downloads in itunes downloads. Disable any firewall if present.

I have been trying to restore my ipod but all the time i am receiving an error 3259 some one please help me

Alot of my friends are having this exact same problem, mostley cause there stupid lil hackers and they to jailbreak it but my ipod did this same thing after i updated it, the only way i can really think of fixing it is pretty much a dfu wipe, im pretty sure u can get one at www.ziphone.org this is how i fixed mine, it is almost like military wiping your computer it just completly resets it after that you should be in recovery mode and should be able to hook it up to itunes and restore it...if you need any further help feel free to email me at email@example.com

Not sure how many users on set up on your pc, but if you and your husband have different user accts, yours may not be able to restore using your log in.
There's a lot of good information and steps to try on the link above. If it doesn't work, you can always try going to an apple store and sitting at the "genius bar" (no kidding...that's what they call it.). Good luck
