Hello I have a new Kenwood DPX-301 Dual Din car stereo that is giving me problems, it produces no volume even though it shows a CD playing and the time counter for the CD. It does have 2 red lights constantly on, next to the CD player in slot. There is nothing in the Troubleshooting section of the manual for this problem. I don't know if the internal fuse(s) are blown or not, I don't even know where the fuse(s) might be in it or even how to get the stereo out of the dash. I would appreciate any help with this.

What kind of vehicle are you installing it in. Some vehicle have factory amps that have a remote wire. These amps will not power up until the remote wire is connected. This may be your problem.
