If you see the Internet@TV option on-screen

Just register. Netflix does not charge extra for registration with the same account on multiple devices

You should get a code on your tv with instructions to visit netflix.com/activate using a computer.
Log into your netflix account on the computer and then input your tv's code.
Your tv is now linked with your netflix account.

Few Solutions:
- Connect your PC as an extra monitor and watch Netflix through browser
- Buy Google Cast device and cast Netflix from your mobile device to your TV (Cheapest way)
- Buy a smart TV that has Netflix installed
