If anti-virus detects any software which is virus infected, uninstall and delete the software immediately from your computer, then re-install the windows because your PC have get the virus.<br /><br />Sometime both of the above method has been failed and computer reached at the desktop screen in safe mode and anti-virus also doesn't find any infected file.
