Question about Kodak EASYSHARE M763 Digital Camera
When i try to turn on my camera, the lens never stop, start to out anda back to closo and never stop. What can i to do?
What is most likely going on is the camera has something obstructing the movement of the lens (i.e. sand), and I would first try blowing compressed air into the side of the lens to try and dislodge what is stuck in the lens. If this doesn't work it is possible the lens mechanism is damaged and you would need to then have the camera looked at by an authorized service technicians. If the camera is less than a year old the repair could be covered under manufacturers warranty, and you could bring it to a Geek Squad® precinct in a Best Buy™ store and they could send it out for service. I hope this helps!
