This is caused by a grounding issue, an audio oscillation is being feed back through the ground. This is an indication that one of your units is not properly grounded or improperly isolated. Check your grounds and make sure everything is grounded if your system is a common ground system. If the system is an isolated system, make sure everything is properly isolated. the problem is your system is somewhere in between these two states and that is what is causing this problem.
