Cant get Casio 4303 to enter receive mode

I have a casio 4303 (all analog- I am not sure if that is the same watch). I found the manual and finally did a manual receive but the battery was low and it started losing about 5 min a day.After changing batteries I lost the settings. I managed to set the hands to the home position again but I cannot get the watch to enter receive mode again.

I press "A" and nothing happens.

Suggestions please.
