i checked may web sites and asked other professionals and was told should be compatible
Currrent which i bought has below labelling
PC 1300U - 133MHz
HY57V568HCT-H
512 MB SD RAM

Your given site tell me "Two DIMM sockets supporting 3.3 V (only) 168-pin 133 MHz Single Data Rate (SDR) SDRAM DIMMs with gold-plated contacts " AND "Serial Presence Detect (SPD) DIMMs only"

IS my current RAM fulfills above statment.

I have the same problem.

Suggest a new solution for this problem
