It depends on the room temperature which is 25C,or the processor work load, the heat sink attached .the temperature should be alittle bit above 50C OR BELOW

I have LG 42LN5300 which is reading 230VDC at led + plug and no back lights. All other voltages going to main board are OK, I changed main board because of flickering on and off screen, so is it MB

Back - light problem. Check and replace damaged component/s at its back-light inverter board, or replace this board as card basis. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Surf the site with patience. Pull up older posts. It will be best to replace the inverter board as card basis. http://electro-medical.blogspot.com/
To some model sets; especially LED back-lighted types; the back-light inverter circuit will be part of the main power supply board [SMPS]. In such cases, the power supply board might need replacement. To some models sets, the back-light inverter and SMPS section circuit will be integrated at its main board itself. If so; the main board should be replaced. To some models of sets, all these section circuit will be integrated at its main board. If this is the case, you have to replace the main board.

I wanna know that is XFX 9800gt supported on intel DG31PR motherboard or any PCI express motherboard ? I also wanna know that is it a good combination of 9800gt DDR3 1gb and DDR2 RAM 2gb?? Please reply me...

nVidea 9800gt is a good card... probably not a question of if the MB will support it as much as if your power supply will. It needs a secondary 6 pin power connection.

Any MB with 16x PCI slow will run the board. The different RAM types on the MB and Video card will nto matter as much as the throughput of the PCI bus...

2GB ram on you main board, hope you are not running anything serious.... I do a fair amount of video with a 9500GT. Quad Core 2.66, 6 GB ram and am looking to upgrade to an I7 with 12GB and a nVidia 250 or better....

No display

If RAM's are ok then the voltage surge has fried VGA Chip & its not worth repairing. If under warranty, try your luck, otherwise replace the MB after ensuring that your processor is OK.....sodeep

Gas gas 450 fse 2005 lcd spedo turning off when cold outside

I have encountered this on more than one occasion. My experience has been a solder joint on the internal circuit board that is non conducive to cold weather. It has something to do with shrinkage on the board. Although I have only been able to track the exact problem one time, (a small crack in the panel board), all other times I have had to replace the actual unit.

Memory for Intel motherboards require the memory to be compatible with, Serial Presence Detect (SPD). Its suggested when upgrading memory for Intel boards or increasing memory to do you're search for the total memory you wish & include the Intel mother board model. This first link shows what brands works with the DG31PR MB.

You're Intel board is well within the Intel warranty. If you find this information not helpful please call Intel tech support. It is possible you're board needs higher attention. Please check & install the latest bios. Intel's link for bios, manual & drivers link:

Over heat

whats the room temperature ?the room temperature may effect the systems temperature, again the processor usage,or the particular heat sink attached to the processor if it dosnt dissipate much heat and instead circulate within can cause high temp so check that out
