Theater Research Surround Sound Problem

Thanks for any help. I turned on my Theater Research surround sound after getting off work. Much to my surprise....the light indicators on the front were maxed and sounded like the volume was all the way up....without any input. I replaced the fuse and disconnected inputs and the speaker wires (this unit has the amp and inputs in the same box as the sub woofer). After disconnecting everything...I turned the unit on with the same results....the buttons or remote do not function....it's volume is high, indicator lights maxed with no input.
