If
you lost
windows
login password, you
can enter
safe mode (F8 when booting up) to remove
windows password while
you forgot
user account password, but
when you forgot admin
passwords,
there's
no way to change it, you need
to use tool
to recover admin
password. A
week ago, I forgot my Windows admin
password. Finally,
I
used Windows Password Seeker to recover
my
Windows password successfully. It's worth trying.

I believe probably the easiest and safest way for you is remove your Windows OS Passwords with Windows Password Recovery tools. I found a good one at http://www.reset-windows-password.com last week, and then I downloaded it and used it to remove the lost password within only few minutes. Furthermore, the powerful tool didn't cause a little data lose. It's worth an attempt.
Try the ease of access function, usually there is an option to reset your password, and depending on the laptop, when you enter your password incorrectly, there is usually a password hint right under the password entry box, if you utilized the security question answer
Restart the computer and press F8 key.
It will boot the computer in default administrator account.
You can boot into Windows in that way, and reset the password.
Note.

If the above steps did not work please follow the below steps:
Download Windows Password unlocker. Please take note of what folder you have saved the file in. Double click
Insert the newly burned CD/DVD to the locked computer and reboot the computer from CD drive
When the CD/DVD boots, you'll see Windows Password Unlocker 4.0 is initializing (see screenshot below). If so, go on with the next step. If the computer still boots from Windows, it's necessary to change BIOS boot sequence to boot it from CD/DVD
Select the user name whose password you want to reset.
Click "Reset" button to rest the previous password
Click "Yes" to confirm your action. Or, click "No" to undo your selection.
In the end, a message box will appear as below, indicating Windows Password Unlocker 4.0 has successfully removed the password.
