Question about Philips GoGear SA178 MP3 Player
My computer does not recognize my Philips GoGear SA13335 MP3 as an MP3 player, or a removable device, and i've tried almost everything
a note at the bottom keeps popping up saying
Found New Hardware
but it does not do anything
and when i go to my computer,
it does not show a removable device,
Unplug mp3 player from computer. Go to Control Panel --> System --> Device Manager --> Uninstall MTP Device. Uninstall all Philips software. Reinstall Philips software from the CD or the Philips website. Replug mp3 player into computer. Good luck!
