- Hi, I need to take the fax off so that I can print. Please help me.

- HP 7410 no tone on recieve just ring on test phone no pickup on the fax machine. Sending Fax no off hook noise no number dial noise nothing.I have a phone hooked in the phone aux on the HP it rings and works.I have another fax machine that I'm currently using now the HP is down.It works fine. Ricoh fax only/.Thanks in advance- jholzbaur666

- HP 7410 will not send or recieve faxes ,phone lines good, no tone when number are dialed, no ring when faxes are to be recieved, Problem just started didn't know if there were fuses or a reset button?? I'm currently using a old Ricoh so all phone lines etc work.Any suggestions.- jholzbaur666
