Camera is only 3 weeks

Camera is only 3 weeks old. Was working fine. Now it wont turn on and the green light just flashes in and out and u can hear a clicking noise as if it is trying to do something. The zoom lense is meant to come out when u turn it on and go back in when you turn the camera off, however the lense does not seem to moving at all and the display screen wont even go on!!
