Try taking the inkjets out of the printer and cleaning them. Do you know if the ink levels are low?

The effecds like 'banding' very often this happens when the ink is running low.

When you say 'full color' do you mean at the 'best' [i.e. most ink used] setting or the you are printing the image on a full sheet of paper?

How do your images appear when you print small, say wallet sized, single image only on the page? draft mode? Gray scale?

My Epson wf7525 won't give me the option to print in A3?

You have not given any real information to work on. What OS are you using? In general, try using the Start - Control Panel - Printers route and then right click on the printer icon and select Properties. See if the A3 option is listed in the drop-down panel showing paper sizes.
If not ...... go to the http://www.epson.com website, click on your World location (necessary as Epson models and some software is country specific!) and go to the Support Page, then Downloads and download and install the latest Driver and other software if so required - like say the Epson Print programme. That should then enable full control over printout qualities (Plain Paper, Gloss, Matte, etc.) and all sizes up to the A3 maximum.

Canon i965 printer

First ensure it is not a cartridge problem, try a replacement.
It does not look like a print head problem, it can be a driver problem or a logic fault in the printer.

My printer has problems printing dark colours. When printing pictures or text, it leaves horizontal lines on black only. I have a continuis ink system which has lots of black. Any ideas?

Try changing the print paper type to something other than plain paper. Use the matte paper setting, or the photo glossy. The printer will lay down more ink at these specialty settings.

Printer does not print documents. Model IP3000 pixma. Approx 3 years old, used in my classroom. Printer has been working well until this morning. This is a sudden failure. Performed all maintainence with...

I had this very same ongoing problem with my iP3000 and recently with my iX4000 but I refused to believe it was the printheads as the iP3000 would print cd/dvd discs without a problem. Colour on paper was always there even though I used Calidad tanks.

My solution, or more aptly, my workaround was to change the paper setting from Plain paper to Glossy paper but still using plain paper and low and behold, after nine months of test pages with only the Windows logo it stated printing black text again albeit slowly now. Same deal for the iX4000, it started printing black text on plain paper as well after 4 weeks when the problem first occurred

I also did all the maintenance rigmarole over and over etc...with no results. My printers are hooked up to two PC's, Vista and XP so maybe I eventually scrambled the printers barins or something, anyway I'm printing again.

Worth a try and nothing to lose

Printing coloured lines on paper across the page

Try to clean the area around the head output (sprayer). I think it's caused by the waste ink around the head.

My photo prints have lines across them?!

the glossy paper you are using (hp) is smearing the ink... there is now ink on the feed rollers and you need to get in there and clean it all up with alcohol...also run epson matt paper for a few prints to get the color to lay down ..good luck

Colour lines across the page

Hey Paul, Can you post a scan of the printed paper? It may help diagnose your problem. The most common cause of lines accross the page is either the PhotoConductor Unit or the 2ND BTR Assy.
