If you are talking the battery pack itself, it is possible you have a NiCd battery instead of the Alkaline battery shell. If your battery does not have the locking tab to press on the battery pack, look for the part number and description on the battery itself and see if it matches what is in the user guide. http://manual.kenwood.com/files/B62-0790-10.pdf
hi,
There is a 3V batterty inside the machine located in the main board. If the battery is faulty then the memory will not hold. You can replace the battrey by removing the back cover. Have adde d a picture. The part number will be witten on it. Take the battery to any nearest electronic sparepart shop and by a new one . When you insert the new battery remember one thing the the possitive side of the battery should be on top.
ok
hi, do the following for deleting items in memory. Press and hold down button and press store /retrieve button
u will see the memory program as follows
the first line reffers all the stored
else shows individual ecg in memory ( by name or by date) to delete all ecgs sect delete and press button if u want to delete one by one then select the ecg recording and press ok
If the ecg waveforms are all over the place you are probally recieving electrical interferance. If that happens when nobody is connected try adjusting the filters and see if it makes a diffrence. If it does not make a diffrence it might be the patient cable or leads.

The battery is weak. Disconnect the AC, battery,& then replace the memory battery. Reconnect the power battery & AC. Next is a pain in the rear, reprogram the unit; date, ID, setup, ect.
I am not sure what you are referring to . Do you need just the connecter that is attached to the battery pack? I can provide almost anything for the mac1200. Please let me know.
