Sounds like the battery in the cart has died
you will need a new battery to solder in place and a tri-headed screw driver

I try to play my pokemon silver on my gameboy sp but it says that the save file is corrupt then my pokemon gold says its corrupt then i ordered a new pokemon silver then it said the same thing about that...

Nothings wrong with the Game boy.there is a small battery inside the carriage, replacing this will give the game the ability to keep saved data once again. *Note* I do not suggest doing this unless your experienced doing such thing. you can damage the board of the game if on careful.

I can't download pokemon diamond for gba

do you mean migrate pokemon from a gba pokemon game to diamond because if you do that you need to complete the sinnoh pokedex by seeing every pokemon in the sinnoh pokedex and then you can go to the pal park. Then put the gba game in the gba slot. Start up you diamond and on the menu there should be a sign that says, "Migrate from gba game"

    Uh.....

The problem comes from the back-up battery unit inside your cart. The internal battery has run dry. If you have any soldering skills and the required special screw drivers, you can fix this with a newly purchased battery. Here:
    http://www.racketboy.com/retro/2006/11/how-to-change-snes-game-save-battery.html
They show you how to change the back-up battery in an SNES game but it's the same in a GBA cart.
    Hope this helps,
    Regards

The internal battery would need to be replaced. most shops will replace these fairly cheap the reason being the battery has become "DRYED UP"

My shop does repair GBC and GBA games that need their batteries replaced
