SOURCE: My Windows NX-3000 Web cam wont let my PC load

Normal 0 Did you connect the camera before installing the software program? If you did, disconnect the camera from the USB Port and reinstall the software program. When the program asks you to reconnect the printer, then plug the cable back into the USB port and it should function properly.

Hope this is of some help. Bud

yooperbud,

Great Idea! When I installed a video capture card it appears Windows Live Messenger has it set as the camera. Open Tools\Audio and video setings... Go to the second page by clicking next. Check to make sure your camera is selected.

Brilliant!

How to i get webcam working on acer 5732z

1.
Install the web cam software. Before deciding to install the disc that came with the camera, check the Internet for an updated version of the software and download that if available.

2.
Plug in the web cam. The software should give a prompt at the appropriate time. Cameras are usually installed with a USB cable. If installed correctly, the computer will acknowledge so by popping up a message saying it can see the new device.

Now you are done. Your web cam is ready to use.
Thanks.
Have a great day.
