take the big hand off put a screwdriver in the square hole ,hold the hand and turn the square with screwdriver so only the square moves.untill you get it in the correct place,,it's all trial and error till you get it in the correct time place,
You should be able to get one at any merchandise store. Walmart target kmart jcpenny where ever. You might have to buy another cheap band the same size pin. If they won't sell you a pin unless you bought it there. I had that happen to me before
If you have a new wristband, there is a spring loaded lug where the band joins the watch, use a sharp knife or jeweler's screwdriver to slide the lug from the watch
