My printer MFC-425CN is unable to print. It says "See troubleshooting and routine maintainance chapter in User's Guide".

My printer was working fine then, my yellow said it was low, which I replaced; also it said that it was unable to print to check troubleshooting and maintenance in my manual. I cannot get it to acknowledge that there is a new yellow I am at wits end. It wont clean or anything

my 420-cn reads machine error 41/ unable to clean/ unable to print. i called brother and they said the problem was the "print head". can i fix this myself or is it difficult? thanks, dc
