Question about Microsoft Xbox 360 Console
I've bought the Xbox wireless adaptor like a good boy but IT WON'T WORK!
My Wii and PC work fine and my Xbox360 works online if I take it upstairs and connect it to the router by ethernet.
But my wireless adaptor just gives me the solid-red-light-finger!
I've set a static IP for my Xbox that should be fine, and entered the router IP address as gateway and DNS server, plus correct subnet and all that.
My main concern is that the WEP/SSID tab on the screen is greyed out and inaccessible... And also, if I select Restore to Default, the Test Connection option screen comes over...WTF?
So, in short, is there a solution or is something busted?
I look forward to your wisdom
I'm having the same problem, talked to the router people, they walked me through all the settings that should work, but still nothing
