1- N73 has been shipped with different Symbian OS version, and some are not stable, that is y your phone get restarted or switched off, just go to nokia.com and upgrade your phone, it will solve your problem

2- there many, but try to search keyLock for N73 or KeyLocker for series 60 3rd edition, you will find any, or go to s60.com and brwose to find the software

Phone was working fine then battery went out of charge, when I got home I PLUGED IN MY CHARGER AS NORMAL BUT NOTHING I HAVE TRIED SEVERAL TIMES TO GET TO GHARGE BUT NOTHING.

Try these and tell me the result.
1. Try to charge from a different charger.
2. Use another battery and try to on the phone.
3. After plug on the charger press power on/off button for a while. If nothing happened on your mobile after use these 3 tips then visit Nokia service center for installing the operating system on your phone. If the OS is corrupt then the mobile going under dark. No movement, no signaling of charging nothing. Even you can't update it from internet right now. Because the phone memory is fully dead. Its happened with all mobiles if the OS corrupt. Its was happened also in my Nokia N73.
Thanks &waiting for your reply.

I have a battery low problem after 1 or 2 hours after charging my n73 battery, i tried to change my battery but the problem is always the same. help me please

just minimise the backlight timing, make off the screensaver, switch on the power saver, don't switch off/on the phone, and most important don't overcharge and put ur phone on charging whenever it shows low battery alarm and remove as soon as possible as the battery is full, your battery will give you more backup.

The battery is faulty or needs replacing. All rechargable batteries lose their efficiency over time meaning that they hold charge for less time. It sounds like your battery is either at the end of it's life or has a fault. If the phone is less than 12 months old, it's worth contacting the seller or manufacturer to ask for a replacement

N73 Charging Problem

obviously you have a defected brand new phone. i strongly recommend you to go for a warranty claim, I mean after all it's a new phone and you shouldn't have to deal with this sort of trouble. sadly, most warranty policies don't cover battery problems so you might be charged for a replacement.
