Inactive 7290 controls

when i enter my password, my 7290 shows "organizing call logs". i cant dial numbers or do anything. my controls dont work any more.

I have the same problem.

Have you rebooted it? If so, and it didn't work, have you reset it completely? Are you running the most recent software on it from RIM? There could be a few issues here.
