well..., its been a while..., but i finaly got it fixed..., i was fetup, and got my dad to take a look at it..., and from what i got told..., there was a plug that was reversed inside, or something like that..., and the color kinda looked like heat vision, or soemthing like that..., but i got it fixed...,but as for the other comment/post, i did try and hook up my satellite, and it was the same thing..., but as for everyone else having this problem..., i hope you manage to get it working!:)
im also using this t.v, as a monitor, and it is a very good screen, oh tho, it doesnt not work in the boot screen, it is still good.

And also its like a technicolor because if i have it on regular color(factory default) it will be like alot of yellow blue and white in rings around stuff thats slightly bright
and also ive maneged 2 get it to work before
i turned all the color contrast and stuff like that down 2 zero
and let it sit for a couple of hours
and then it works but i havent been able 2 get it 2 work yet for somreason
is it possible that its being caused by the power supply beingover heated?
or any other parts defected by heat or anything like that??

Outdoor picture captured is distorted, while indoor is OK.

Through an expert friend I came to know that this problem is associated with camera aperture. It needs re-adjustment but requires a technical hand to operate.

What is the manufactures remote code for the BenQ DV3250 TV??

I had exactly the same problem, no code could be found. I solved this problem by bying a: "One for All" remote, which is a learning remote. By following the instructions, (which are easy), you place the original BenQ TV remote face to face with the One for All remote, and you can transfer all the necessary buttons to this All for One remote. You can also control all your other remotes.
Good Luck.

Picture distorted

Hello buddylaw,

Can you post a picture of the TV screen with the problem? It will help in the diagnoses. It looks like you may have a thermal sensitive component causing this issue. But I will have to seen a picture of the screen to properly diagnose this problem as to the possible section that may be causing this problem.

Thank you.
