Try transferring using winamp (http://www.winamp.com/download)

If you transfer the file and it won't play then you need to re-encode the file

I have a redgroove mp3 player that my pc wont recognise

Sometimes mp3 players have to charge up before they are recognized, try leaving it plugged in for a while also try plugging it in when its in the on position, also try installing the the software that came with the player before plugging it in.

I dont know how to put videos on my SA6045 mp3 player! plz help ?

The actual converter that you need to use is free and should have come on your installation CD - if you have lost the CD:
The website is www.usasupport.philips.com
Enter your model #, click on your model #, and go to the Software & Drivers section, select Media Converter Software

Philips Go Gear MP3/Video Player 2 GB (Model SA3125)

The Phillips Go Gear is not compatible to Windows Vista, and there is nothing one can download to make it compatible. I contacted Phillips, and they said that there are no plans to update the software so that it works on Vista. Pass this to everyone that is having a similar problem. Contact Phillips on their website, and request that the Phillips Go Gear software be updated to include Windows Vista. If more people raise a stink (especially threatening never to buy Phillips products), maybe something will be done.
