No mention of which OS so assuming you have XP,
I would suggest a format and reinstall.
This will give the system a new breathe of life.
Heres hoping you have the OS disk,ie XP Win2K
It should be straight forward if you have the disk,
just insert disk and reboot once it restarts,
the system should ask if you want to reinstall the OS,
Select to install over existing system and let this run until its finished the new install.
When install completed activate windows,
Register Windows when your ready and dont forget the SP2 updates,do these updates if you want the devices to work properly, and all should be ok.

If you have no disks,
check if there is a partition on the C drive with a restore image on there,it will be easy reinstall from there.

Let me know if this helps,,,thanks

Pc always restarts upon booting

The default is for automatic restarts which does not let you see the error message. Power off your computer, turn it on; immediately hit F8 several times a SECOND; You'll get a screen that will have a number of options, one of which is turn off automatic restart. Check that.
Now you will get a "blue screen" message that will help diagnose the real problem.
Hope this information will help.

Sounds like there's some corruption in the windows install. Did you purchase this computer new? if so I would call Dell cause it will surely be a warranty issue. If not you will need a Windows 7 install disc. If you have a disc put it in the disc drive and boot to it and do a repair on windows if this doesn't help you will need to completely reinstall windows 7. Hope this helps

Were is the computer restart buttion

not sure which restart button is referred to, but you can restart the computer by clicking the START button or Windows logo located at the bottom-left corner of the screen and click SHUT DOWN or Restart. You can always use the power button to turn off and on the system. In other systems , you may find a reset button aside from the power button which can be used for restarting. Hope this helps, feel free to rate how useful it is

Plis help mi norwgian to amharic transleter or

Unfortunately, it doesn't look like there are any Amharic- Norwegian dictionaries or translators.

Here are some free lessons I found that will help a Norwegian speaker learn Amharic though: http://www.internetpolyglot.com/lessons-am-no

You could also use a Norwegian- English dictionary/translator and then an English-Amharic one. I know it's not ideal, but it looks like that's your best bet.
Here is a free online English-Amharic dictionary: http://www.amharicdictionary.com/2.0/Default.aspx

Here are a few free English-Norwegian dictionaries:
http://www.freedict.com/onldict/nor.html
http://www.tritrans.net/
and a free translator: http://www.translation-guide.com/free_online_translators.php?from=Norwegian&to=English

I hope this helps, and I'm sorry again that there isn't a better solution for you.
Let us know if you have other questions.

Pc restarts automatically and unexpectedly

Good Evening Sunnyseber :

Hope that you are wellJ
You did not indicate the type of Operating System.
This document pertains to HP and Compaq computers with Windows Vista. If Windows Vista suddenly starts without warning, or restarts when you try to shut it down, it may be because your operating system is set to automatically restart when certain system errors occur. This feature of the Windows Vista operating system can be disabled. Use the information below to disable the Automatically Restart option. NOTE: In addition to the steps in this article, updating video card drivers is known to resolve many of the problems that can cause the computer to restart. Step 1: Disabling Automatically restart option to view error messages You can prevent the computer from restarting by turning off the Automatically Restart option:
  1. Click Start c00971562.gif .
  2. Right-click Computer , and click Properties
  3. Click Advanced system settings .
  4. Click the Advanced tab and select Settings in the Startup and Recovery section.
  5. Remove the check mark next to Automatically restart under System Failure .
  6. Click OK to close the Startup and Recovery window and click OK , again, and then close the System Properties window.
  7. Restart the computer. NOTE: The computer will no longer restart automatically when a problem occurs. Instead a blue screen appears with more useful information. You can now search for a resolution using the text from the error.

If I can be of further assistance, please let me know.

And, remember, always include the type of Operating System and the type of computer you own, when you submit your questions. It simply makes for much faster solutions.

Have a wonderful evening.
