Assuming you're using the latest drivers from here , the next step would be to ask MSI for a bios upgrade that supports the higher resolution.

How can i get a schematic diagram of k9vgm-v msi motherboard

You'll never get a schematic for that. You might try installing a video card into one of the slots, see if that works. Otherwise, it's time to replace the motherboard or the whole computer.

How do I replace a video card on a T6412 emachine. Monitor not working

This machine have an IGP video solution, an integrated graphic chip, therefore you can replace it. But you can ad one graphic chard, a very cheap one, if you use this machine only for internet browsing and office activities and light video activities.. You have an PCI Express X 16 slot free on your computers motherboard. But first check the functionality of our computer using some other video card, maybe borrowed from a friend.
I can suggest something like ATI Radeon HD 4350 to HD4650 or ATI Radeon HD 5450 to HD 5570. Those entry level graphic cards have HDMI output also.
You have an old system, maybe is not the IGP the only problem. Don't' get any more powerful card as you have a lesser capable power supplier.
Have a nice day.

VGA Problem

First open your display properties, click the settings -> Advanced ->Adapter ->List all modes. Check and see if 1440x900 is availabe there.
If not, there are many different integrated graphics adapter from Via. Check http://www.viaarena.com/default.aspx?PageID=2&OSID=1&CatID=1160 and download the newest driver for the integrated graphics you have. If you're not sure, you can look on your motherboard and you should be able to identify the chip (will be one of larger ones) and determine the model from that.
You can also look up your motherboard's model (usually printed on board) on the motherboard manufacter's website to determine the graphics chipset onboard.
If you have updated the graphics driver and still do not see it, try going to your monitor's manufacters website and see if there are drivers available for it.
If you have updated both drivers and still cannot aquire 1440x900 (I'm assuming it is a widescreen LCD flatpanel) then you may want to contact the manufacter and find out if the graphics chipset is capable of supporting sed resolution.
If it isn't, you can purchase a video card either PCI (yes they still make them), AGP or PCI-E online for relatively cheap that will give you 1440x900.

Moniter flicker

Any monitor flickers at 60 hertz. The usual reason for being unable to use faster refresh frequencies is that the correct video card driver and/or monitor driver are not installed. Another possibility is that the resolution is set too high. Assuming Windows XP, right click on the background, choose "properties", settings tab, advanced button. Check to make sure your video card is named - the monitor is not as important but would certainly be helpful. If not, did out the CD's that came with them or download drivers from the manufacturer's website. On the other possibility, on the adapter tab, there ought to be a "list all modes" button so you can choose resolution and refresh rate at the same time. Your LCD monitor will be fussy about the resolution, so you may need several tries to get something that looks good and doesn't flicker.
