Sorry If this doesnt help your problem but here is some info that might help
Consent.exe is part of Windows Vista - it's the User Access Control (UAC) executable.
There is a known malware version of this executable. Do a search on your hard drive (within Windows Vista, obviously) for all consent.exe files - make sure you include hidden and system files in the search criteria.
Once the search has completed, right-click on each file and check the file properties.
There is a MalWare version of Consent.exe
Right Click ALL of the ones you find and look for
Microsoft details in Properties
If you find a consent.exe anywhere else in the search results, I'd delete that file. Run a thorough anti-virus scan of the harddrive. I'd also download spybot and run it as well as downloading Ad-Aware from Lavasoft and using it to scan as well.
Spybot and Ad-Aware can find different spyware/malware, which is why I recommend running both products.
Once you've done all that, reboot the system. That should fix the problem.

i got a solution for u
1- just install the software of the modem ( which is automatically starting when inserting the modem into USB )
2- then go to c:/Program Files/vendor name/Driver
note: replace vendor name with the name of the card vendor e.g. ZTE
3- you should find the drivers ( INF files ) inside winVISTA
4- right-click on My Computer and choose Manage...
and then choose Device manager
5- search for the 3 devices of the modem ( they will have yellow marks as with any device without drivers )
and right-click on each of them and choose Update driver software
note: the USB modem has another 2 devices related to mass storage device stuff , ignore them!
6- now follow on but choose to locate the driver manually , and choose Let me choose the driver
then locate the files on the C: partition and follow on.
in case u didn't find the files download them from the following link:

Is it a new account did you verify it ? CHECK HERE for advice in the FAQS
You have been posting lots of links on you wall you may have been flagged as a potential scammer and you will have to ask for your account back and proof that you were not.
Then you can e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org and request re-activation you can only do this once so check there terms or agreement to see if you might have created something that may have been abusive or against there terms. Like uploading a copyrighted video etc...
Hope this helps
