The drivers are going to have be uninstalled and the Vista drivers are going to have to be installed.

I did a Google search for the drivers and just about everyone is having trouble getting drivers for this product line.

I found this link from a previous Fixit request. I hope this helps

I would contact Motorola about this issue and find out what the deal is with getting Vista drivers.

Connection drops and no available network

So you are using windows Vista and the wireless connection is dropping.
Do you have any other wireless computer which is working properly ?
If the other wireless is working properly then the problem is with the wireless adapter. Now you have already upgraded the drivers, then there is nothing much we can do.
If you do not have any other wireless laptop working wirelessly, then try to bring another wireless laptop in the network and check whether it works properly.
If you face the same problem on that computer also that means the router might be having problem

I have the same network card.
Never had this problem with Vista (32 bit) but recently switched to Win7 (64 bit) and had the same problem as you.
I solved by going under Control Panel->hardware->network card properties->power save and unchecking "Allow pc to switch off the device to save power"
