E25 is abnormalities in pickup motor. If you open the front/top cover, you can locate the motor, Pls check if the connections are okay. These motors are generally very reliable and don't fail.

I have a canon 6080 scanner. getting a error "no

Clean the two 'black dots' in the paper tray, just under the roller. They are actually paper sensors. Try 'page counting'. If this works, the scanner is okay. If the problem still persists, try reloading the scanning software.

Canon scanner dr7580 not working. E32

As per Service manual , E32 is "Wrong installation of main CPU PCB (The CPU PCB for a DR-9080C has been installed in a DR-6080 or vice versa.)"

My canon 6080 leaves a thin black line on everypage scanned. is there a way to fix this?

Clean the glass thoroughly with a damp cloth. Dont use solvents. Check if the glass is scratched, if scratched you may need to replace it.

Canon dr 6080 scanner is getting papers but i dont know where the scanned images are being saved and whether being saved or not?

What scanning software are you using? Once you initiate scan command, the software will ask for location (and format) where you want to save the files. After scanning, try & use 'Save as' command, by default it will go to where it is already saved. Alternatively, search for the file name under Windows.

Scanner command invalid in current state

I have not used CapturePerfect 3.0. Hope the scanner is just fine. Try count only mode to check if it is okay.

Uninstall Captureperfect. Run chkdsk/scandisk to check if OS is ok. Reinstall Captureperfect again and it should work.
